Rusicada prima (Swinhoe, 1920)
1) OD : Anomis prima https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/page/15625301#page/283/mode/1up
2) https://www.mothsofborneo.com/part-15-16/scoliopterygini/scoliopterygini_5_4.php
3) https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/988465-Rusicada-prima
Has dark brown HW.
Based on the keys in MOB,
a) Forewing ground colour orange
b) Forewing reniform with lobes roughly equal, filled with ground colour
c) Hindwing margin produced slightly centrally
SS: Agree with ID. Uploading a few more images, but without HW.
GI: MOB keys- HW detail - "Hindwing margin produced slightly centrally" - required for id not adequate. Hence cannot confirm its R prima
JD : As per MOB, The HW margin projection is only slight but distinct, & this can be seen in comparative images on MOB - https://www.mothsofborneo.com/part-15-16/scoliopterygini/gallery.php
I am attaching a closeup of the HW margin, where the margin line of the fold does not match with the rest of the HW margin due to this projection.
Other spp. that are in the MOB keys with the above combinations besides the HW margin are -
privata - extralimital
leucolopha - Posterior half of postmedial distinctly wavy, not evident in my observation..
metaxantha - Posterior half of postmedial distinctly wavy, not evident in my observation.
Hence I would still agree with prima.
