JD : Need to compare with Chasmina gracilipalpis Warren, 1912
The costal subterminal mark is of a different shape & colour, the orange subterminal fascia is missing.

GI: Second JD's view. Description of Chasmina gracilipalpis Warren, 1912 given in the quoted reference above is closer than that of Sphragifera rejecta
Couldn't get to see an image of Chasmina gracilipalpis though. But I do agree with JD that this may not be S recta.

JD : Seitz Vol 11 has the descriptions & images of both rejecta & gracilipalpis. The costal blotch shape (inner & outer edges) do not completely match either of the images of rejecta or gracilipalpis - https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/252298#page/547/mode/1up . However, the description appears to conform to the form stigmata. This is listed as a synonym of rejecta. - https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/252298#page/203/mode/1up. So this must be Sphragifera rejecta form stigmata
