Similar species: Lophoptera leucostriga Hampson, (1905)
Lophoptera leucostriga is a similar species with lenticular marking on FW dorsum. Extarlimital species that has this mark smaller, rufous (usually dark brown in illucida), & with creamy white lenticular mark submarginally centrally.
