Provisionally identified as Idaea egenaria (Walker, 1861), which is an extralimital species, known from Borneo. Seperation from Idaea gemmaria (Hampson, 1896) needs investigation. See notes in Identification tab.

Idaea egenaria (Walker, 1861 is separated from Idaea gemmaria (Hampson, 1896) by the narrow straight FW purple band (broader and curved outwardly in gemmaria) and often the presence of an areole on the FW of gemmaria (Prout, 1939).
